I saw it manifest from the murky depths,
A bright little spark from the darkened steps Alone I sat in wait for the flood Alone I cried for the love and the blood I do not know I'm unaware I do not ask I do not care I will not take a second true To take the false away from you It could be gleaming in my eye It could just be pie in the sky I do not know I'm unaware I do not ask I do not care There is no other pill to take My eyes open, I'm wide awake I do not know I'm unaware I did not ask I didn't care I just wrote that on the spot there, I didn't change anything coz I wanted to leave it spontaneous. Just letting your mind wander is grand. |
